Prices:
Our prices are in U.S. dollars, and they do not include taxes.

Taxes:
My Petals Collection will charge taxes applicable to your state. Taxes and shipping are calculated on all merchandise at checkout.

Tracking your Petals Package:
All orders will receive tracking confirmation when the order is shipped. If you do not see the order in your primary email, please check your email spam folder.

Creating a Petal Account:
Creating a Petal account will save you time when shopping with us online.
You will get first dibs on Special Promotions and it is a faster Checkout!
It saves your address and card information for all purchases.

Customized Shirts:
You will only have 2 opportunities to make edits.

When the last edit comes in, we will process the order in 2-3 days and we will send the order out.

Orders of 10-20 will take 5-7 business days
Orders of 21-200 will take 7-10 business days
 

We are willing to make exceptions in special situations.

Custom Designs and Logos:
We ask that you provide your best image possible.  There will be minimal opportunities to make edits.
